Bonnes Truffes was planted in 2002. The truffièrie consists of three varieties of oak trees: English (Quercus Robur), French (Quercus Pubens), Evergreen or Holly (Quercus Ilex). The first truffle was harvested in 2007 and each year the harvest has improved in quality and yield. The harvest in 2009 exceeded 10 kilograms.
